Flying in to the NORWEST FLY-FEST
If you plan to fly in to the Norwest Fly-Fest be sure to check current NOTAMS (coming soon) prior to attending the event. Frequencies that will be in use for the event are those published for the Eugene Airport (EUG) and Cascade Approach Control.
Cascade Approach Control – 119.6
ATIS - 125.225
Tower - 118.9, 124.15
Ground Control – 121.7
Inform Ground Control if you desire parking on one of the FBO ramps. If you park at either Friendly Air or Flightcraft you will be responsible for the $3/day tie down fee. For free event parking the procedure below applies.
Frequency 133.92 will be used as a ramp/parking advisory frequency to guide you to parking once you are off the active taxiway. When talking to the ramp/parking advisor indicate where you wish to park. A follow me vehicle will lead you to parking.

Overnight – you provide your own tiedowns.

Transient – you will be leaving the same day you arrive.

Static display – your aircraft will be on static display.

Young Eagles – your aircraft will be involved in Young Eagle Flights.

Vendor – your aircraft will be in the aircraft vendor’s area.
