Display aircraft should arrive Friday, August 24, but not later than 0830 Saturday, August 25. We may not be able to accommodate aircraft arriving after 0830 on Saturday in the special static display area.

Friday Night Party – "Pilots of the Caribbean"
Those who bring aircraft that are on display both days will receive a complimentary Friday night party ticket, and a commemorative t-shirt. We look forward to having you join us for a Caribbean fest with food, drinks, and live music. More details to follow later.

Additional Information
• You need to bring an information display card/poster to be placed on or near the aircraft.
• You must furnish your own tie downs, if required.
• 24 hour security of the display area will be provided.
• There will be no aircraft judging at this year’s event.
